Principals Professional Conference

The Illinois Principals Association offers a Principals Professional Conference every year in October.  This conference is a two-and-a-half day event and is confirmed in Peoria through 2014. Why Peoria? Surveys and history confirm that centrally located and affordable, downstate cities have the best draw for attendance and attendance continues to grow each year.  Approximately 700 educational leaders attend annually to hear outstanding educational leaders; participate in educational sessions on how they can better serve their schools; attend one of the largest educational exhibits in Illinois; and to network.  This year's theme is "Leaders Leading Change" which will be held October 21 - 23, 2012. 

Assistant Principals Conference & Deans Day

The Illinois Principals Association offers an Assistant Principals Conference & Deans Day every year.  This two-and-a-half day event is held at the Hilton Hotel in Lisle.  Approximately 200 Assistant Principals and Deans attend annually to hear outstanding educational leaders; participate in educational sessions and to network with colleagues across the state.  The dates for the 2012 Assistant Principals Conference & Deans Day will be June 10 - 12, 2012.
